SHRINE OF SAINT BERNADETTE

October 7, 2003, the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, Archbishop
Michael Sheehan joined pastor Father Zotter and more than 700 parishioners
to proclaim that St. Bernadette Catholic Church would henceforth
be known as the Shrine of St. Bernadette. We assure our pilgrims
that they are remembered at all Masses offered at the Shrine. St.
Bernadette often instructed: "Open your arms to those you meet
before they have the opportunity to offer their hands." The
shrine opens its arms to all who enter. |
